Main characteristics:
The distinctive features of our sauces and pâtés are their premium meats and traditional recipes. For example, our sauces are made with a stock of chopped fresh vegetables—onion, celery, carrot, etc.—when the vegetables are well softened, the meat is added for the first cooking. The minced meats are then cooked very slowly with the addition of wine, tomatoes from our garden, and other ingredients.
